Hello Rajendra,

My company is also in the manufacturing of plastic (injection molding) equipment. The general practice regarding leave (where the factory act applies) is that for every 20 days present, 1 day of leave is allowed. It means if a worker has worked for 300 days in a year or is present for 300 days in a year, they are entitled to 15 days of leave with wages (300/20). In addition to this, the organization may grant leave under various categories such as casual or sick leave. There is also a provision for maternity leave where the maternity act applies.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
