Here, I am attached Training on Process Improvement. It includes basic roles & responsibilities of a supervisor, as well as information about the quality system. I was just reading through this thread. Sam, I really appreciate your patience in answering Manu's queries. Just one suggestion to Manu - I am aware that this comment is uncalled for, but couldn't resist writing. :)

Dear Manu, if someone is leading you towards a solution to anything, don't squeeze them so hard that they won't respond back next time you have a query! Please find out some things on your own as well. There will be a lot of material on CiteHR and on Google as well. Please research, and you shall get what you need. Spoonfeeding won't help you always! Just a suggestion. Apologies if this hurts, but this is a lesson I learned the hard way!
