Contract Labour Licence - Employment Contract

Dear Friends,
Please clarify whether Labour Licence can be obtained under Contract Labour(R&A) Act,1970 in case of prohibited category of employment or not?

Dear Prakash,
If the category is prohibited then how we can think of employment of contract labour.The Licensing Officer will not consider your application for issuance of licence under this Act.
