Hi Barkha,

That was really nice. Keep them coming. It makes for a good read and valuable input. I hardly practiced the Pareto principle except during my MBA days, but it's very true, similar to the 90/10 principle. I would expect some more from you :)

Thank you.

Hi Barkha,

Your work is very good and impressive. I would like to give a few suggestions which, if included in your presentation, may help you:

1. Include the concept of Urgent Vs Important tasks: this understanding will help in effective scheduling.
2. While designing any PowerPoint presentation, write points in short. Avoid using long sentences. Leave the description for the presenter to explain.
3. If it is a training designed for your company, then ensure you get it on the Company template which mainly includes the Company's logo. It will help in the future.
4. Ensure to include maximum practical examples in the presentation. It would help communicate the theoretical aspects much more clearly.

These are just my thoughts. I hope it helps you.

Regards,
Savitha

Hi Barkha,

This is a very good PowerPoint on time management. You have covered some of the important points. However, I totally agree with Savitha; it will be good if you include the Urgent/Important Matrix.

Dear Barkha,

I read your presentation. It's good. You may like to add some concepts and ideas brought out in "First Things First" by Stephen Covey. It would add value to your position. I had made one a long time back. Let me search. If I find it, I shall email it on this forum.

Dear Barkha,

It was a lovely presentation. Keep posting such good stuff. By the way, I like the way you prepare PowerPoint presentations. They look original, rather than complying with oxymoronic rules. However, I feel the content could have been improved a lot.
