Dear Experts,
Please make some lights on whether Gratuity Act is applicable to Teachers if any body has some matter regarding this, please send it me urgently. As I am awaiting for the answer in Labour Court.

With an amendment in Payment of Gratuity Act, now teachers are also 'employees' who are eligible to get gratuity.
