i am an MBA student and need to present about the talent retention strategies along with its practical use in different companies ie with examples.
i am confused between employee retention and talent retention. is it same or different??

I am doing some work around retention of talent, and one question that I have is how do companies define successful retention?
Is it 12-months, 2-years etc.
Any ideas???
