An induction is a process of bringing new employees to the fold of company. Since the employee is new, it becomes your responsibility to make him/her aware about the company rules, procedures, culture and deliverable.You can make a ppt on induction comprising of following :
1. About company- Inception, Mission, Vision, Management, Presence
2. Business- Details about each vertical of the company, products/services, Offerings in pipeline
3. Rules:- Details about rules, procedures, discipline, working hours etc.
4. Employment:- Details about salary band, perks, bonuses, probation, promotions etc.
5. Deliverable:- What is required from employee, targets
6. Career growth:- Details about how can an employee grow in our organisation
The more you can include in induction, the better it is. Some organizations have very well planned induction program spread over weeks and including presentations, words from top management, activities and working experience with various units.
The list is indicative and you can modify as per your company's policies.
