Mandatory To File Annual Returns To Inspector Of Factories?

Is it mandatory to file the Annual Returns, viz. Form No. 20, J.K.L, and M to the Inspector of Factories? If not, kindly send me the circulars along with the notifications.

First, determine whether you are required to submit these annual returns under the central or state Factory Rules. Afterward, review the applicable Rules to identify the specific form number and recipient for the submission of these returns. Forms J, K, L, and M appear to be related to the Maternity Benefit Act and its Rules. Follow a similar process for this matter as well.
