Resigned Company Now And Employer Asking Pay Money Back

Hi

1)i resigned the company and sent a resignation mail (have saved the mails into my personal mail id).

the company does not even bothered to reply back,i called them many times on phone but did never responded well (i left the company while in probation, so i have to serve notice period of only 15 days), i tried to politely get out of the company, but they never used to listen my request
and they did not relieve me and employer asking pay money back

to start with:

the company is a small Indian company which falsely claims as a MNC( its a body shopping software consultancy in real), which does not have any infra to support off-shore development.

i am unmarried (31 yrs when joined) and mentioned my position interms of marriage and personal life in india.

they have sent me to US after hanging me in air (saying to pack all my luggage and had made me suffer to stay in room out side staying away from home for 32 days.

i worked for the company for 4 months in US and told my Reporting manager i was not interested to continue.

and when i was in US they used to cut huge amounts saying taxes,inquired they never used to give proper explanation (they promised huge salary pay outs but when coming to in-hand amount , there was no match).

the RM told me that nothing to worry and they requested me to put a mail to client(in US) that i will be coming back after 3 weeks(so that they can send some one in my place etc).

at one stage they tried to hold me by keeping all my documents like tax,Passport etc, luckily i some how manged to get them back.

when i called them about my relieving they said i have to serve notice period of 15 days, i agreed to serve notice and went to the company travelling for almost 24 hrs in train, they changed the situation that i have to go back for 2 months to US for hand over(but honestly there was nothing that was remaining for handing over-- which i explained to them) i told them that i can go if they want to immediately, as i have to join a new company,

but they delayed saying they have to finalize on options , and till option finalizes i don't have to stay back in office(send me for two months to US OR supporting some one in US from offshore for 15 days OR giving hand over to ppl in india itself).

and finally as i told and requested them in mails saying that i have to be relieved on say a specific date they called me night before my joining of new company at 10 pm and the forced me to go back or they will ....( said nothing like "pause" - tried to warn or scare me).

i have to convince my new company that i will join with out showing the old company (cheat company), i was mentally tortured and harassed by the un professional behavior of the company.

i have to loose 2 moths salary and been tortured mentally , by their behavior. and becuase of uncertainty i have to loose some good matches( still left as a bachelor)

and now they are still not leaving me, they are telling some false expenses (nothing explained) and asking me to pay almost 2 lakhs from HR, and

later few days back they sent me some postal mail via some Advocate( which i manged not to receive)

so guys please help me , are they really going to file a case against me, if they file a case againist me what are the chances that i can win considering the losses that i had to pay for (personal life , salary, security, and mental torture by the company).

i was early in favor not to take any legal actions but , i believe they want to screw my life, which i cannot accept

please help so that such unethical and unprofessional companies doesn't, play with employees life , and also want my compensation and relieving letter back from them.

please help with your experience and wisdom , appreciate your help

check your appointment letter if any clause mentioned.
When you visit US , its company expenses not yours. You dont have to repay.
Meet a lawyer and consult him.
Try to get contacts with PF officer, Municipal Officer , Income Tax Personal and file case through them indirectly.
later you can file for compensation.

when they paid me salary both in india and when i was in US, they did not show any details about tax or PF etc,
when i asked them for proper pay slips,they have sent me pdf showing monthly pay, but nothing was shown using which PAN number the tax was sent to the government and nothing was shown related to which pf account the amount was present,they finally added some PF account number, when enquired there was no such PF account

by latest company has sent me a postal mail through a advocate, saying that i have to pay some 80 lakhs , towards the reason as "loss suffered by my client on account of you leaving the project in the middle"
but in the earlier postal mail i recieved,1month back on company's letter head they that i have to pay 1 lakh 83 thousand INR, i dont understand within month how can a mount of 1 lakh 83 thousand be multiplied 43 times (80 lakhs now)?
if that company choses to file a case what are my chances conidering all my above data ,
and what are my chances to sue the company and get the damages charges (career, persona llife and economically) aganist its torturing behaviour?
please advice... i am being mentally disturbed

Hi can any one help me what should i do to get rid out of this situation(apart from paying or joining back)....
