I am Kavita working as HR in IT Software Company who developes software. I am only the one who is handling hr department. Now i am to create hr depatment. Now i am to make all policies and define organisation structure. My M.D is asking for organisational process model. So please help me out. and tell me which model i am to use over here. which is best for software companies. Its Really urgent.
