Thanks a lot to you, for your splendid and resourceful presentation on work-life balance, which is the call of the day, to both the individual and the organization. The lesson has a great responsible human element behind it, in the employer-employee dyadic relationship. The thrust in the organization, should be that better privileged work-life balanced managers/workers at all levels, should help their lesser privileged work-life balanced workers/managers,as one of the means to organization and people's development.
We the readers would have been more doubly delightful, to have been informed about certain worthy/valuable live examples in this context, by the practicing organizations demonstratively, where above both employee and organization are/were helped, other than by the usual welfare measures.
