Employee Engagement Activity - Talent Hunt

Hello,

I am working as an HR Executive in the retail sector. I have to organize employee engagement activities and am seeking better and innovative ideas for my staff. I have already covered most of the activities such as painting competitions, talent hunts, various games competitions, crafts, creations from waste to best, and so on. Can you provide me with some innovative ideas that I can implement instead of repeating the same activities? Additionally, how can I involve managerial staff to improve participation?

Please help. I require your innovative suggestions.
