For conducting training, the first thing is to conduct a needs assessment. The training needs assessment may be obtained from the respective division heads every year. The training subjects may include technical, safety, environment, health, quality, and general business development topics such as motivation, time management, team building, attitudinal change, and change management.
Based on the training needs assessment, you can create a training plan or calendar for the year and then implement the plan. The induction or orientation training is essential when any new employee joins the organization.
