Your need is not clear; what you require from HR Association. If you need further learning in the HR field, you are already on this site. If you are a trainer, then your need may be something different that you are to write about. Please educate me on your specific need.

Joining a group of HR association is very easy. However, how frequently you share information is the main factor that keeps you as an active member of the group. Therefore, join any group but strive to be an active member.
