I had been to an induction room called 'Aalaap' , but then it was an Indian organization with traditional names for its buildings. Why don’t you consider this as a competition for your employees? It would increase their engagement level and bring in a good feeling.

Certain global names are preferred over the regional ones . But that remains an individual choice.

I suggest the following names as per your request.However,make a cometiition among your employees and select as a matter of motivation.
-‘ABC Suite’- Simply it indicates the beginning as in alphabets.But have a back-up explanation as this is the acronym of Attitude,Belief and Co-operation that is needed for any one.
-‘Grow & Glow’-This is certainly catchy and will be easily rememberd by all.It sends a positive message to the new comers.
-‘First Step’- Simple,but ensure to hang a photo of First Moon landing with the word of Neil Armstrong ‘A single step to me,but a giant step to mankind’

our discussion rooms, meeting hall, board room, induction/training zone have names of famous universities, personalities and places such as nalanda, Taxila, indraprastha, vivekananda, tagore... our induction room is called as nalanda..

Well, it could be
"Meow"......or ''classroom".......... or "Hatching Hall"...........or "First Hall".........or "Transformer"..............

Think about " SANGAM HALL".
It is always better to envolve the employees of your organisation with reasonable award for Best nominee. This will help to bring the employees nearer to the management.

Ignite..coz you've mentioned its bright and lively. It also goes with the all bright and ready to go attitude of new joiner's (hopefully ;)..and it's an initial encounter with company personnel / procedures..hence IGNITE!

You can name it as "Endeavor" or "Vida(Means life in Spanish)" or you can use some good songs/advertisements tag line like "Lets make things better" or Connecting with Each Other" etc.
