Formula In Excel For Profession Tax Calculation

Dear Seniors,
good morning...
Profession tax slab in Maharashtra is- above Rs 10000/- P. T. is Rs 200
& above Rs 5000/- it is Rs 175/-. I need amont generation in P. T. column according to salary amount. Pl tell me formula.
