Job description :
(i) The candidate must be post graduate with HR specialization or Dip in
Personnel Management from a reputed organization.
(ii) He should be atleast 15-18 yrs experience in Manufacturing process industries
and must have experience in BULK DRUG INDUSTRY is must.
(iii) Candidate must be well versed in statutory matters, handling contract labour
management system, liaision with government and local authorities, pay roll process,
time office management and other HR functions.
(iv) should have good Inter Personal Relations and good communication skills
(v) must have exposure in MS Office
(vi) canidate is having Law qualification, is an added advantage
