What is Staffment?
“Staffment” is a totally innovative concept that combines the best of both “Recruitment” and “Staffing”. Staffment offers the client protection from long term liabilities while also being cost-effective. Staffment would be most ideal in sectors where attrition is acute as it puts the onus of maintaining the number of staff upon the consultancy and protects the client from having to depend on the consultancy. Staffment would be a boon to the industry especially in the sales/marketing sectors.
Staffment would also address the issue of sourcing. Clients will get the staff tailor-made for their requirements without going through the tedious task of sifting through profiles, filtering, short listing, etc. With its experience in the field of recruitment and staffing, PRCC would be able to provide manpower, the best way through Staffment.

Confidentiality Clause
It is jointly agreed by and between the client and PRCC that:
• PRCC will not disclose information (that may be classified as confidential) that it may receive or obtain as a result of entering into an agreement.
• The appointment letter and the terms contained therein are confidential information and shall be used by PRCC only for the purposes of billing and accounting.
Staffment Professional Fees:
• 15days Salary (Service Tax Extra As applicable).
• Payment made within three days after candidates joining.
Terms and Conditions:
• Client to give a brief, clear, and comprehensive description of the requirements to PRCC including the job description of the Position, Qualification, Experience Specifications, and Total Cost to Company.
• Client should intimate the interview feedback to PRCC on a daily basis.
• In the event that a potential candidate is recruited by the Client for any position/post/vacancy other than which he/she was originally intended for, within one year of PRCC providing his/her resume to the client, then the terms shall apply as if the potential candidate was intended for the position/post/vacancy that he/she has actually been recruited to.
• The ultimate decision on recruitment of personnel and of the completion of the Recruitment process rests solely with the Client, to be exercised at its discretion or in accordance with its policies.
Payment Terms:
Replacement: In case a candidate placed by us leaves your employment within the said agreement period, we shall provide a panel of candidates to select Replacement, for which no one time set up fees would be charged.
Service Tax as applicable and any other levies & taxes as imposed by the Government authorities from time to time shall be applicable and payable by the Client.
