good stuff on team work. It's amazing how much people overlook this aspect of companies. But the thing is there are miracles to be achieved if your employees work together and not against each other (which generally happens)

This presentation is good and the moral of the story is good but I feel that some how now a days to get a team along is very difficult task. Great are those people who work as a team but not as an individual
