"Change" Techniques / Methods for implementation with hilarious stories and morals

Recently I conducted a training program on "Change Management". I am sharing my notes here.

For introducing "Change", Managers use several methods. I have grouped the tried and tested methods (21 methods) under four techniques,

"SAMA” (Persuation to get the things done)

“DANA” (To persuade and offer incentives)

“BEDA” (Selectively discriminate and differenciate)

and “DANDA” (Use of force)

I have attached 3 attachments

Attachment 1 :- Change Management Techniques Matrix.
This gives a general idea of usefulness of a technique and the appropriate situation.

Attachment 2 Change Management Process Flow
This gives a sequence of methods under each technique which can be used to effect a change. All the methods under each technique are numbered and details of methods can be found in attachment 3.

Attachment 3 Change Management Methods
Under each method, you will find 'discussion Points', 'The story' and 'Moral'. Each storiy and the moral given are relevent to the corresponding method. The stories are inspiring and helarious.

I have not given any case studies / examples. I request the members to post their experiences in 4 or 5 lines how the brought out a change , methods used and stories if any. Your contribution will be very useful to all.

Please post your feedback.

Compliments mr Sambasivam, The ideas /topic covered has been fabulous.
I think most people forget the tool of Motivation (Sama kind you mentioned) and the top mgt often und Bserestimate the power of motivation and involvement of total team and go for other tools you mentioned (bheda and danda) as such most transformation exercises are failures.
