Salary For HR Executives

Dear Friends,
I am 7 months experienced in IT Software Industry(previously worked in Retail HR for 6 months)
What is the salary level which is the 'Market Value ' for my position.
Kindly guide me for the salary level at the earliest.

U have not mentioned ur last qualification.
I f ur an graduate with 6 mt of exp. in retail it could be around 10 k to 12k
as retail sector are not paymaster (untill an unless ur working for big brands)
if ur an MBA YOU DESERVE 15K TO 18 k around.

Since u have 1.3 years exp in HR, you can demand 12k to 15 k.

You have not specified your qualification & HR which function, is it a general role or any specific function/module in HR.
You have not even mentioned your current salary.
Anyways, having an experience of 1 year 1 month you should be get somewhere around 12k to 14k in hand.
