There are many software recently I tried with TPS360. The psychometric test is based on 33 behaviors. Check out, they give one same test. Also, try it and then make a decision. I felt it's a good one.

I am using a psychometric test for personnel selection, but it's not a testing software. I just wanted to know if you already have set questions for the psychometric test.

My company used to recruit personnel based on psychometric tests, but I found it tedious to analyze as it consumes a lot of time and energy. I have made it online with the help of Google Docs, and the analysis is very quick and easy.
