Skill of workmen is playing a vital role in performing job in safe manner...
For the same we are in the prepartion of skill test questionire for the contract workers... We will conduct a skill test before taking any new contract employee and according to the skill test will give the designations for them...
So I am requesting all of you to give your valuable guidence in making a good questionire... What all factors we have to include in the questionire for the following posts:

2. Welder/Gas Cutter/Grinder
3. Rigger
4. Helper
