I have a small query: what are all the issues or topics that need to be addressed while you are developing a training policy for an organization? It would be of great help if somebody could provide me with a sample training policy pertaining to any company.

You need to address topics like bonds (in case of Overseas Training programs), Travel Rules and allowances (for external training programs), In-House training programs, Training feedback, and evaluation.
