Kindly let me know the recruitment and selection procedures for your organizations, not just what is supposed to be done but the reality - what actually happens. Kindly include procedures for all levels. I have been given a term paper to compare the recruitment and selection procedures of two organizations. I know, but I know none. Kindly assist. I am a PGD HRM student.
