Kindly let me know the recruitment and selection procedures for your organisations, not just what is suppose to be done but the reality-what actually happens.Kindly include procedures for all levels.I have been given a term paper to compare the recruitment and selection procedures of two org. I know, but I know none.Kindly assist.Am a PGD HRM student.
