Title For My Hr Project

This is Christy pursuing my MBA in HR. I have to do my project in HR, which I've decided to accomplish from an HR firm. They specialize in recruitment for different companies. They have asked me to come up with a list of topics related to it. Can you help me come up with some topics, please?

You can go ahead with the assessment process in that HR firm or recruitment process; or how do they evaluate the performance of an employee, i.e., performance management. Do a simple search on this site... we have discussed it thousands of times. What's the manpower of the company? Do mention that; it would be helpful. Do a literature survey on the topic after you have decided, but please don't ask for the questionnaires or project. Do it on your own; it would be a butterfly to you.
