We sent many Enquiries to our Client but they not respond, i dont why they not respond, maybe they are not satisfy with our offer or our price is high or what ever it is i would like to know....

So, I want to send letter to our company client and ask the reason for not responding.

Pleeeaaaaaaase make a favour i need a proper letter and mention what i think about them or something you think about it.

I thought you may help me....recently I've joined a company who deals into sports goods. I want to write a cover letter for submitting quotations to a Government sector. But I don't have any idea what would be the right way to approach through a cover letter along with price list I've prepared.
