Dear Priti,
Serving in notice period is also a part of service which needs to be counted in his service period.
Hope this clarify.

Dear Madam,
First of all, if company makes the rules, we have to abide their rules as whenever company official / director make these rules, they make in their favour. We can not challenge them in any Civil court.
2) When we resign from our post, from that day, we cannot claim for any benefit like Casual leaves and other EMPLOYEES BENEFITS.
So, you cannot claim for LTC at any cost as you have to complete the duration of 30 days in your company.
