You could start looking at various advertisements published by large companies for these positions. These are very common Job roles and often are open in one or the other company in India or overseas. a detailed Job description should be good enough to create a JD. You should however customize such draft with inputs from your own company managers. Just a copy paste from outside would be adhoc until your own companies inputs, policies, roles and responsibilities are integrated into the JD.
