hey bad news!
I fwd the ppt which you had attached here with this topic to my boss and she didn't find it good :-(,i need more advance version of this say...on the lines of how and what information is shared with the subordinates and how do you assess what your subordinates require,basically the communication between manager and employee not the writing and reading communication.
see if you can find something for me :cry:

Thats a good PPT. But before forwarding... you could have just made it colour ful and added few points - quoting your organisation projects as examples... Any ways never the less late... any PPT is impressive only when it relates to the organisation and is presented well..
