hello everyone;
myself uday right now i'm pursuing my MBA from symbiosis pune.I intend to do summer training project in HR dept...........but i'm a bit confused a'bout the topic that should be taken up..... so,if anyone of u can render me advice over some of the topics that can be taken up...which will provide me a competitive edge over the other candidates during the placement .

5) Evaluation of Training..Analysis of whole training programmes..Pre training, during training & Post training...So it would include Training need identification & ROI on training as well..

You can look for any companies which have not framed any HR policies for their organisation, and for whcih you can frame policies for the organisation.

go for some complecated topics a unique one also which should give a knowledge regarding your project. i could give you a suggestion on the topic called "ergonomic" which is an employee problem at his work place to acheive his task.
