My name is Uday, and I am currently pursuing my MBA from Symbiosis, Pune. I am looking to undertake a summer training project in the HR department. However, I am a bit confused about the topic that should be taken up. If anyone could provide me with advice on some topics that can give me a competitive edge over other candidates during placements, I would greatly appreciate it.

2) Career Path or evaluation of career growth.
3) Performance Management.
4) Organization climate survey.
5) Evaluation of Training - Analysis of whole training programs - Pre-training, during training, and post-training. This would include Training need identification and ROI on training as well.
