Thank you for sharing the article. As I was reading I found, "we’d like to hear about it via the “share comments” link on this page".
But, the link was missing in the article!!. Was this someone else's work. If so why was the link ommitted?.
Another Essential Skill for HR is to "ADD Value" to make things and people become better.
The article says of the caveat on the priority of skills. I tend to agree, but some reference is made with regards to nthe focus, i.e allignment to business strategy. HR must look into serving this "customer" angle, eventhough they may take up a support role.
I support the call for HR to be the voice of conscience or spiritual intelligence. I wonder how much voice HR had in Enron, AIG and Lehman.
