Manpower Planning
To coordinate manpower planning & maintaining the database of the same
Updating the manpower planning database as per the requirement
Talent Acquisition
To analyze the manpower acquisition as per the requirement/ sanctioned manpower strength
To strategize the recruitment activity for the vacant position
To enhance the perception of SPSAH as a preferred employer through various promotional Activities
To conduct interviews for junior Hierarchy
To finalize the salary of short listed candidate as against the grades & offer the position in writing
Training & Development
To ensure training & development process which is aligned with the planned schedule
To plan & prioritize the monthly training sessions as per the annual training plan
To analyze training effectiveness
To ensure timely & correct disbursement of work days to the department of Finance
