Working in a KPO and planning to have some spot awards for the employee Engagement/Motivation

Hi, I am working in a KPO and planning to have some spot awards for the employee Engagement/Motivation.
Please guide me for the same.

You first will need to decide on the budget. There are certain innovative spot awards that help employees feel good. Too much of spot awards will take the shine off these initiatives.
Some that I can think are, Appreciation Cards, Thank You Cards, Smiley Balls, You made my day badge...
We recognize people who get max number of appreciation cards during annual reward and recognition awards ceremony night.

Thanks Tanuj for your valuable inputs. We are not on budget side but I want the type of achievements that can be awarded on spot by the respective managers.
for an example, appreciation for successful completion of any work on tight timelines etc.
can aybody help me out on this type of awards.
