So, first of all; you have to aware abt all the statutary compliances like Minimum wages, Distribution of salary (Basic, HRA, Conveyance, DA, TA, etc.), PF, ESI (types of different forms, return submission, challan form etc.)
And if you are using any Payroll Software for this, then you have to fill the entries & you will easily update all the things managed.
You have to update yourself with the help of different websites related to State Government Rules & Regulations, PF, ESI etc.
