iam a student of mba and now iam doing my project at NTPC in hyderabad which is head quarters of southern region.so i want completed project of performance management system about NTPC.so plz send me project which is very helpful for me in doing my project work

B) Develop n suggest
1..your own performance managment system for that company keeping the above mentioned points from 4-8
2..a reward system based on performance
3..link the performance managment system with appraisel system

actually i never studied any hrm courses but someone give me projects .
just to get some ideas i want the projects so i also work accordingly .
