Seeking Advice: How Can I Professionally Conduct HR Inspections Across Our FMCG Sites?

New 2 HR
Dear All, I have been instructed to visit the different locations of our company and check everything from an HR perspective, providing a detailed report along with suggestions for improvement. I have considered including the points in the file attached here; however, I want to follow a better and more professional approach for the same. Please suggest better ways for me to proceed so that I can come up with solid suggestions for improvement. This needs to be done in a professional manner as an HR person would do. I am currently a Trainee, so I am seeking suggestions. We are involved in the manufacturing and packaging of FMCG products, to be brief. I look forward to receiving many helpful responses.
