Are you sure that state of Kerala has a legislation titled "Kerala Labour Act"?
There are different labour enactments by Kerala State like, Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments Workers Welfare Fund Act, Kerala Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays) Act, Kerala Head load Workers Welfare Fund Act, Kerala Construction Workers Welfare Fund Act etc etc but I have not seen any Kerala Labour Act. If available, dear members please help to share.
