Profile of Candidates:-
1. Provide end to end recruitment solution to our clients which include understand the Job Description, source right candidates form job portals and other social net work site, by head hunting from other corporate, conduct telephonic interview, salary negotiation with client and candidates and last placement of candidates.
2. Coordinate & Follow up with client for feed back with regards to placement of candidates as well as generate new requirements.
3. Coordinate with multinational and other corporate for business development and generation of new business opportunity and business tie up.
4. Create new opportunity which can help in diversion into recruitment business
5. Conduct survey / create blogs and explore all opportunity which can build company its brand name.
6. Coordinate with Education Institute for placement of their student
Candidates Profile:-
1. Complete/ going to complete her Master / Diploma in HR / Marketing. ( Candidate from any other specialization looking out for opportunity in HR Filed can also apply for this position )
2. Excellent in communication
3. Proficient in computer
4. Should be net savvy and open with new ideas
5. Knowledge of working on social net working sites
6. Ready to work under pressure and committed to cross the allocated target.
7. Ready to travel within and out of city
8. High goal oriented
9. Possess good personality
