ESIC limit has been revised from 10,000/= to 15,000/= (Gross salary per month).
This will be applicable w.e.f. 01st May 2010. Please find attached a notification for your reference.

thanks for information regarding new ceiling of esi.
i am working in a advertising agency, i want to know that we as advertising agency is liable to pay the ESI. because as my understanding only manufacture unit is liable to pay ESI. please guide for above matter

1) I have a Family business (into packaging, employee 3 two unskilled one semiskilled) and a person has been working with us since last 30 yrs now he is leaving am i eligible to pay him Gratuity, PF??????????

Dear Pallavi,
No not required..plz refer the Act For Gratutity 10 0r menbers required and for PF 20 0r above its beter go for Insurance Policy which covers pension scheme also.
