Please Help Me Design A Company Policy Hand Book - DOC Download

Company Policy Handbook

Dear Friends,

I am working in a chemical manufacturing organization in Kolkata as an Assistant Manager - HR. Recently, I have been assigned to prepare the overall company policy (HR policy + normal) for my organization. We have a sales force all over India with a base office, three manufacturing units in India, and a Corporate office in Kolkata. The total workforce is almost 1800.

Please assist me in preparing the same. It would be even better if anybody could send a draft copy for ready reference or send an outline that is essential for a policy handbook.

Dear Tupur,

I am currently working as an Assistant Manager HR with an IT hardware company that has a presence in Northern India and is known for being sales-driven. I have also developed the HR policy for my company. Enclosed is the policy handbook, which was shared by one of the CiteHR members. It's a comprehensive document that covers HR as well as other desired aspects.

I would also like to mention that even after finalizing the booklet, implementing it could still be challenging. The best approach would be to create a presentation summarizing the draft and share it with the necessary personnel (Managers and above). Please find attached the presentation as well. It has been very beneficial for me.
