I. Facilities Management
1. Handling complete facilities and infrastructure setup and liaising with contractors for the same.
2. Managing facilities in the organization, including office infrastructure and utilities like Transformers, Generators, UPS systems, Air-conditioning Systems, Building Management System, Fire Alarm System, Lift, Security, and Transportation.
3. Supervising the company guest houses and such facilities.
4. Monitoring maintenance and upkeep of company-owned premises.
5. Supervising the transport facility provided for employees.
6. Liaising with various vendors for telephones, electricity, and catering.
7. Supervising office equipment, machinery, and other assets of the organization.
II. General Administration
1. Overseeing the implementation of corporate policies in the organization.
2. Liaising with government agencies like STPI, Customs, Octroi, etc.
III. Commercial Operation
1. Vendor Evaluation, vendor Development and Management.
2. Advance planning of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations, and finalization for the purchase of materials. Generating purchase orders as and when inventory levels reach reorder levels.
3. Processing Lease agreements, AMC contracts, rate contracts, etc., and overseeing the commercial activity.
