Open House - How To Create Objective, Scope ,Implementation ,Plan

Kindly suggest me about In-House Meeting in the Organization ,as i need to propose Inhouse event in my organization So plz let me know abot the objective, Scope ,Implementation ,Plan for Inhouse event ,waiting for your response ,Please revert soon .

Hi Arpit,
Unable to understand your requirement, it is open house you want to organize or any other in house meeting.Pl. pl clarify.
If it is some other meeting you need to work out the agenda, list out the participants and forward the communication to all along with the agenda, the venue, date and time of the meeting. You need also to identify and deploy some body to prepare the minutes of meeting and action items.
If it is a open house, it is a open house and there won't be any agenda, only the thing that you have to identify who are the people going to sit on the dias to clarify / answers of the questions raised by the employees and also identify a person to note down the points. Identify the place, take care of the arrangements like snacks, tea etc after completion of meeting

Sir My problem is not regarding the arrangement for Inhouse programme ,We are just proposing that inhouse programme to my Boss ,So I need to understand the Objective and everything ,because before starting anything we must kniow about each & everything about the particular thing
Means if I am proposing this Inhouse for different department then i need to raise a circular means Objective of that in-house etc ,
