I am sending you the Library policy. I hope it will be helpful for you.
1.1. Library
The library is open from Monday to Friday (5 days a week) from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Lunch Break 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm).
1. Members are required to email their requirements for books and CDs to [insert specific contact details] before meeting the librarian in person for the same.
2. All issued CDs should be returned within 24 hours, and books within 14 days.
3. After 14 days, if a book is not in demand, it can be re-issued to the same person. A book will not be issued to a person for more than 28 days in a row under any circumstances.
4. If books are not returned or re-issued by the due date, it will be assumed that the member wishes to own the book. The cost of the book will then be deducted from the member's salary. The company encourages members to read and build their personal library!
5. Only two books/magazines will be issued per member at a given time.
6. If there are books that are specific requirements for a particular project or department, those books will be transferred to the respective department. It will be the responsibility of the Manager/Director to maintain them thereafter.
7. Food and drinks are not allowed in the library.
8. Please remember to present your access card each time you enter or leave the library.
