Could you please provide me any information on Distance learning PG Diploma courses in India which are not very expensive?

if career, do through Full time or part time. else you can get a lot of institutes providing diploma - Icfai, Annamalai University, Symbiosis should all help.

Am unable to do fulltime as am a full time worker. Could you please let me know whether Annamalai is a good option. I went through its website but ifts not much informative. I would be really thankful if you can provide further info about Annamalai.

Also you can try for SMU, VINAYAKA MISSION UNIV , PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIV , These have low fees structure

Annamalai is quite easy to get through. the problem is not much value in the job market. suggest you look at Symbiosis, Icfai or Pondicherry University (need to attend classes and /or submit assignments). take your pick
