The Filing System...
1- Prepare filing cabinet
2- Prepare files and arrange all doc in the file with account number or by sorting.
3- scan all important doc which can use regulary, instead of open employees filies everytime
4- sort employees files by Employees Number.
5- sort the file by sectors (payroll - recruitment - others - etc...)
