Suggestions For Project Topic Please - PPT Download

Hi, I am in school for Hospitality Management and need to do a 5-minute PowerPoint presentation on any topic in Human Resource Management. Can you please suggest some topics? I want my presentation to be creative, but I only know the basics and what I've learned so far in the book (so outside opinions would help). Suggestions and advice are appreciated. Thanks :)

I will cover what is needed to manage a successful team/business during hard economic times including, but not limited to, strategies for hiring and retaining employees, compensation and benefits, motivation, and rewards.
