Suggestions For Project Topic Please - PPT Download

Hi,
I am in school for Hospitality Management and need to do a 5 min. powerpoint presentation over any topic in Human Resource Management. Can you please suggest some topics? I want my presentation to be creative but I only know the basics and what I've learned so far in the book (so outside opinions would help). Suggestions and advice are appreciated. Thanks :)

My presentation topic for Human Resources Management will be Managing Recession. I will cover what is needed to manage a successful team/ business during hard economic times including but not limited to strategies for hiring and retaining employees, compensation and benefits, motivation and rewards.
