If you search CiteHr, you will find some projects attached, which you can use as a model.
For the attention of those who have not seen how others benefit from taking my advice to "Search First and then Seek Help," I am copying the message from Mary Christy at

Have a nice day.
Simhan
Hi friends,
This is Christy M, I am in my project tenure. I would like to narrate to you the story of Christy, the laziest creature who carried out her MBA project. The very first step I did to do my project was to search a full project report on the web, which landed me on citehr.com. Although there were many sample project reports here, I was not able to find the one relevant to my topic. Added to that, I saw that Mr. Simhan (nashbramhall) had posted that people shouldn't ask for full projects and questionnaires, rather just the guidelines to do their work. I was actually furious. Why would they create a website that wouldn't provide full project reports? And why was this website for if not for giving reports?
I had no other choice. My first review was nearing, and I had to do something. I downloaded Mr. Simhan's PPTs regarding research and formulating questionnaires and read them. You can't just read them and leave; you should really understand them so that you could carry out your research. I got all necessary guidance from Mr. Simhan through mail. I worked on my questionnaire. Guess what? I was lost at sea, but now I know how to carry out my research.
My first review was a wonderful success. And my second review comes within a few days. So, rather than browsing and re-browsing and Googling for full projects and ready-made questionnaires, which is an utter waste of time (Truth I tried it a million times), search citehr.com. You have all the details needed for your project here. Frame your objectives and then get help from the moderators. I know it would sound horrible, but you can never get through unless you get down and work.
Cheers and good luck,
Christy M
Do refer to the PPTs of Mr. Simhan; it sure did help me a lot.
