Planning Knowledge-Sharing Sessions: How to Invite Engaging Guest Lecturers?

Rumadhu
Dear Friends,

I am planning to conduct knowledge-sharing sessions in my company. I would like to invite people to give guest lectures on topics that would be helpful for employees to enrich their knowledge. Could you please let me know how to go about this?

Thank you.

Hi,

You need to provide information about who you are, where you are based, the nature of the industry, and the level of staff, etc., for people to assist you.

Hi Rumadhu,

Based on the information that you have posted, I would like to suggest something out of the box, like a lecture on stargazing and astronomy, a one-day workshop on pottery or clay modeling, or organizing a night trek on a full moon night. This may be fun and encourage participation. Gradually, you can start adding knowledge-based activities or talks.

I hope it helps!

Cheers!

Hello,

This is Dr. Murali Krishna, a retired Professor of Linguistics. I would like to know the exact subject of knowledge-sharing lecture, and I can give a lecture on the acquisition of language in easy methods. I have been a trainer of the English language for about 29 years, based in Chennai.

This is a very good opinion for arranging a guest lecture for the employees. I think a Brahma Kumaris Stress Management course or a course on Positive Thinking and Effective Personality would be beneficial for the employees. I have some very good speakers from that organization, and I have also attended their lectures. It is very motivating.

Hi, I would like to know what sort of guest lectures you want to conduct. I am interested in opting for these lectures as a lecturer. I am already working as a trainer in a well-reputed organization in Pakistan. Please do reply.

Hi dear,

I'll suggest you go for three categories for guest lectures:

1) Managers who have been in the corporate world for many years.
2) Young managers.
3) And very importantly, lectures on stress management and yoga.

It was very helpful in my organization as well.

For more information and details, email me at vishalgaur29@gmail.com.

Thank you for all the suggestions. I am primarily interested in topics such as stress management, yoga, young entrepreneurs' experiences, and CSR-related subjects. We have an in-house training department that provides training on soft and life skills.
