I am planning to conduct knowledge sharing sessions in my company. I would like to invite people to give guest lectures on topics which would be helpful for employees to enrich their knowledge. Could you pls let me know as to how to go about with this.

Based on the information that you have posted I would like to suggest something out of the box, like say: Lecture on Star gazing and astronomy, one day workshop on pottery or clay modelling or organising a night trek on a full moon night. This may be fun and encourage participation. Gradually you can start adding knowledge based activities or talks.
