I am planning to conduct knowledge-sharing sessions in my company. I would like to invite people to give guest lectures on topics that would be helpful for employees to enrich their knowledge. Could you please let me know how to go about this?

Based on the information that you have posted, I would like to suggest something out of the box, like a lecture on stargazing and astronomy, a one-day workshop on pottery or clay modeling, or organizing a night trek on a full moon night. This may be fun and encourage participation. Gradually, you can start adding knowledge-based activities or talks.

1) Managers who have been in the corporate world for many years.
2) Young managers.
3) And very importantly, lectures on stress management and yoga.
