1. Does this magazine only have extracts of judgments, or does it also include other articles?
2. Is it a fortnightly or a monthly magazine?
3. Does it have thirty pages as indicated in your PDF, or is this just a part of the magazine?
4. If it is a monthly magazine, then the price seems steep, i.e., Rs 800/- + Rs 240/-.

Dear Neeraj,

The magazine consists of 64 pages every month containing HR articles, research studies, surveys, case studies, a helpline on labor problems, answers, HR news, and articles on various IR issues. The magazine contains everything that is helpful for any practicing HR professional on the job.

The magazine is not run by any commercial publishing house but by an HR professional. The PDF file is only a small part of the magazine. It has been published for the last 11 years. The subscription amount is only to meet the publishing expenses. Rs. 240 is required when you need the copy by courier; otherwise, the annual subscription is only Rs. 800, and the copy is sent by book post.

For any corporate or industry, this amount is negligible compared to the value the magazine carries, and HR people benefit from it. I hope you will consider subscribing.
